1. How does Local Pick-Up work?

At checkout, select ‘Local Pick-Up’ instead of shipping. After your order is packed and ready, you’ll receive an email from us to arrange a suitable pick-up day and time. The address will be provided once this is confirmed.

2. Where is pick-up located?

Pick-up is available in Pascoe Vale, Naarm/Melbourne. The exact address will be shared via email after your pick-up time is arranged.

3. When can I collect my order?

We’ll email you once your order is ready. Together we’ll arrange a convenient date and time for collection. (Please wait for this email before making plans to collect!)

4. Is same-day pick-up available?

Not yet — as we’re a small team, please allow a little time for order processing. But if you’re in a rush, feel free to mention this in your order notes and we’ll do our best!

5. What happens if I miss my pick-up time?

Life happens — just reply to your pick-up confirmation email and we’ll help you reschedule.

6. Can someone else pick up my order for me?

Of course — just let us know their name when arranging your pick-up time.
